CE-CERT Training

CE-CERT Training

A 6-month training program on the CE-CERT (Components for Enhancing Career Experience and Reducing Trauma) model to help professionals reduce burnout, manage stress, and build resilience.

How CE-CERT Makes a Difference

CE-CERT offers practical skills and strategies to help sustain your career in a helping profession.

Unlike after-hours self-care practices, CE-CERT equips you with acquirable skills to transform your experience while you're helping others, in real time.

The CE-CERT model focuses on 5 key skill domains that enable you to:

  • Stay engaged
  • Process intense experiences effectively
  • Recover from stress

The goal of CE-CERT is not just to help you survive your work, but to help you have a uniquely and deeply satisfying vocation.
