Representing Young Children in Court

This one-hour live webinar will provide a guide for attorneys representing young children in the juvenile court process, including: how to make the most of your home visits, understanding developmental milestones, recommending and utilizing evidence based services, communicating with represented parties, and information to include in your reports to the Court.

Natalie G. Nelsen is the presenter and is a partner in the law firm of Dier, Osborn, Cox, & Nelsen, P.C, L.L.O in Holdrege, NE. She has been in private practice over seven years. She works as both a guardian ad litem and parent's attorney in the 10th and 11th Judicial Districts. Natalie also contracts to provide legal assistance with the Nebraska Resource Project for Vulnerable Young Children.
